Luke's Birthday Party - Fun & Guests

Luke had lots of family and friends at his party to help celebrate!  We had a great time and appreciate everyone that came.

Luke's Birthday Party - Cake and Presents

We had Luke's birthday party a couple of weeks after his actual birthday.  After going to Wyatt's first birthday party he knew he wanted to have his party at an indoor play place.  He had also decided months prior to the event that he wanted a Batman birthday.  Given that his requests were pretty easy I made it happen!  We had a Batman birthday at a local church with family and friends.  The kids enjoyed playing on the 2 story play structure and eating snacks and cake.  Ultimately this was a super easy party and I think he was happy! Happy 4th Birthday Luke!

Happy 4th Birthday Luke!

I know that I am 6 months behind, but I am hoping to catch up!!!

Way back in March Luke turned 4 years old.  On the actual day of his birthday we celebrated at home with presents and cake.  Luke specifically asked to have banana cake for his special day (but only ended up eating the frosting).  He received several Thomas the Train trains, as well as a Tidmouth Shed for his wooden railway.  To make it extra special Grandma Blum sent him a gift box full of books too!  We love this little boy to the core and it makes us smile to see him grow.  I just wish that time would slow down so that we could cherish the moments even more.
